DentGist Composite Kit is a visible light cured, radiopaque highly filled composite restorative material for anterior and posterior restorations of all teeth. The Composite Kit has 4 packable composite syringes and one bonding agent with 2g etching gel.
DentGist Nano-Bond is a light curing, one component 5th generation bonding agent for use in combination with adhesive restorations. Nano-Bond adhesive was developed for bonding composites and compomers to the tooth structure as well as for bonding indirect restorations (e.g., porcelain). The adhesive incorporates aspects of a primer and bonding resin in a single bottle. Prior to the application of Nano-Bond, the tooth structure is conditioned with Etchant gel 37%. Indications: Direct filling of class I, II, III, IV and V Cavities in anterior and posterior teeth. |
Ease of use Easy adaptation to cavity preparation Does not stick to the composite filling instruments Exceptional radiopacity Packable consistency Allows easy contouring to achieve desired shape before light curing Excellent color stability Durable restorations and maintain a gloss shine for long time It can be polished to a high gloss finish ensuring optimum esthetics Universal use for anterior and posterior restorations |
Composition of nano-hybrid composite :
Bisphenol A Glycidyl Methacrylate, Urethane Dimethacrylate, Shelf Life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing. |
Isolation : Rubber dam is the preferred method of isolation Cavity preparation : Prepare cavity with minimal tooth reduction. Bevel cavo surface enamel margins. Apply Etchant Gel to enamel and dentin surfaces for 15 seconds. Rinse thoroughly for 15 seconds with water Dry with clean, oil-free, air without desiccating the dentin Do not allow etched surface to become contaminated with saliva or blood during the bonding procedure Adhesive : Immediately after blotting, apply 2-3 consecutive coats of adhesive to etched enamel and dentin for 15 seconds with gentle agitation using a fully saturated applicator. Remove excess solvent by gently drying with dry air for at least 5 sec to ensure uniform glossy surface. Light cure for 20-30 seconds Remove composite syringe cap and dispense material onto a mixing pad Place the material into the cavity using a suitable placement instrument. After dispensing, screw plunger should be rotated anticlockwise by half to full turn to release residual pressure inside the syringe Contour the material in the cavity. Light cure for 40 sec using standard curing light. When necessary build in increments of 2mm maximum using a layering technique. Shape and polish with a Polishing system using standard technique. |
No, the DentGist NanoCom Composite Kit does not include flowable composite. To buy flowable composite, you need to search for DentGist NanoCom Flowable Composite Refills 2g on Dentalkart.
Yes, the DentGist NanoCom Composite Kit can indeed be used for post-operative restoration following completion of root canal therapy. Its versatile composition and properties make it suitable for various restorative procedures, including those required after root canal treatment, ensuring effective and durable outcomes.
Yes, you can store the DentGist NanoCom Composite Kit in the refrigerator at 4-5 degrees Celsius. However, the recommended storage temperature is 5-30 degrees Celsius.
A resin composite with unique nanofiller technology. Formulated with nanocluster filler particles, the composite is purposed to combine the strength of a hybrid and the polish of a microfil. Nano-Hybrid Composite creates anterior and posterior restorations that are long lasting, abrasion resistant and esthetically pleasing. It combines the durability necessary for posterior composite restorations with the polishability that is required for anterior esthetic results.
Dentin bonding agent is a thin layer of (usually unfilled) resin applied between the conditioned dentin and resin matrix of a composite. The adhesive promotes bonding between enamel or dentin and resin composite restorative material or resin cement.
DentGist Nanobond identified as a “fifth generation” dentin bonding agent, the steps for placing the primer and the adhesive were combined. Theoretically, the major advantage to this modified system was that it would save time for the clinician since one of the steps virtually had been eliminated.
It consists of 4 Shades (A1, A2, A2, A3)
