Advancement in Rotary files has produced tremendous results in root canal procedures. SuperEndo Gold-Flex rotary files are made of thermo-mechanically processed Controlled Memory Wires. These wires increase the flexibility of the files and reduce the shape memory, which allows the clinician to pre-bend the files and treat curved canals with ease.
These files are manufactured in such a way that increases the flexibility of the files and reduces the shape memory, hence allowing the dentists to pre-bend the files and treat curvatures with no difficulty. Files in the martensitic phase recover their shape on heating above their transformation temperatures making it an ideal material for many applications.
Super Gold Files are made of a variable taper design resulting in better dentin cutting while preserving it as well. Moreover, this design eliminates the constant contact between the dentin and the file’s cutting edges, which reduces the stress on the file as well.

Superior Cutting efficiency
Prepare straight line access to the canal orifice
Explore the canal using small sized hand files
Establish working length using a no.10 k file
Frequently irrigate, recapitulate and re-irrigate the canal throughout the procedure, minimally after using each file
If necessary, use the orifice opener Sx with a brushing motion to move the coronal aspect of the canal away from the furcation area and/or to create more coronal shape
Establish glide path using no.15 k file or glide path files
Use the shaper file S1, with a brushing action, until working length is reached
Use the S2 file in the same manner as that of S1until working length is reached
Use Finishing File F1, in a “non-brushing” action, with each insertion deeper than the previous insertion until working length is reached.
Gauge the foramen with a 20 hand file. If the instrument is snug at length, the canal is shaped and ready to be obturated
If the 20 hand file is loose at length, proceed to the F2 and, when necessary the F3, with the same non-brushing motion to working length
Prior to obturation, the smear layer has to be removed and final rinse should be done using an activated irrigation technique.
Yes, the SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files can be effectively used with the Endoking endomotor, ensuring efficient and precise root canal procedures.
Yes, SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files are compatible with all types of standard endomotors.
After using SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files, which are ProTaper type variable taper files, the corresponding ProTaper type gutta percha points such as F1, F2, and F3 should be used for obturation. These gutta percha points are designed to complement the preparation achieved with the ProTaper type rotary files.
The SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files are not specifically classified as 4% or 6% taper files. Instead, they are Protaper type variable taper files, indicating that they have a variable taper design similar to the Protaper system.
The SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files can be used for up to 9-10 canals and 4-5 cases, but the actual usage may vary based on the anatomy of the root canals and the expertise of the clinician.
In the SuperEndo Pro Taper system, speed and torque specifications of each files are as follows :
SX: Speed 250-350 RPM, Torque 3.5 Ncm
S1: Speed 250-350 RPM, Torque 2.5-3 Ncm
S2: Speed 250-350 RPM, Torque 1-1.5 Ncm
F1: Speed 250-350 RPM, Torque 1.5-2 Ncm
F2: Speed 250-350 RPM, Torque 2-3 Ncm
F3: Speed 250-350 RPM, Torque 2-3 Ncm
The SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files are compatible with Protaper type gutta percha points, specifically F1, F2, and F3. You can use Waldent Gutta Percha Points Protaper (Length Marked) with these files.
The SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files are designed to operate at a speed ranging from 250 to 350 RPM, with a torque from 1.5 – 3.5Ncm according to the type of file selected. These specifications make them suitable for precise and controlled root canal procedures, allowing dental professionals to efficiently and effectively perform endodontic treatments with confidence and accuracy.
SuperEndo Gold-Flex Rotary Files are not fixed taper 4% or 6% files. These files are of the ProTaper type with a variable taper design. This variability allows for efficient shaping of root canals, offering versatility in addressing diverse anatomical challenges during endodontic procedures.
SuperEndo Gold Flex Rotary Files have triangular Cross Section which make its cutting efficiency superior.

The low branding cost and supply chain distribution cost allows Superendo to pass the benefit of cost to dentists directly across the world.
Yes, they are exactly made like dentsply protaper gold with the same progressive taper and flexibility.
