Securing the Bands: Pull the top elastic band over your head and position it above your ears. Pull the bottom elastic band over your head and position it below your ears, around your neck. Adjusting the Nose Clip: Use both hands to mold the aluminum nose clip to the shape of your nose for a secure fit. Press down on both sides of the nose clip to ensure it fits snugly. Seal Check: To check the fit, place both hands over the mask and exhale sharply. If air leaks around the nose or edges, adjust the nose clip and headbands until a proper seal is achieved. Usage: Avoid touching the mask while wearing it. If you need to adjust it, use clean hands. Removal: To remove the mask, avoid touching the front.
