Calahyd-RC should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept tightly sealed to maintain its effectiveness and prevent contamination.
Calahyd-RC remains active in the root canal for a longer time due to its solubilized calcium hydroxide, and it provides enhanced radiopacity and antibacterial effects compared to some other calcium hydroxide pastes.
Calahyd-RC is versatile and can be used as a cavity liner under various filling materials and is particularly effective in treating infected root canals and vital pulpotomies, especially in deciduous teeth.
