Depending on the condensation technique used, thicker layers (master point technique) down to very thin layers (lateral condensation technique) can be achieved. In order to ensure adequate visibility of the filling material even in these thin layers, the radio-opacity has further been increased in AH Plus. This was possible due to using new fillers with a greater absorption capacity.
Shrinkage, Solubility, and Expansion

The main objective of this  root canal filling is to achieve a high degree of tightness. The quality of the root canal filling directly depends on the shrinkage upon setting and the solubility of the material used, as these properties are decisive for the impermeability of the treated root canal.
Flow Behavior

The flow behavior of dental material is one of the most important handling properties. Firstly, favorable flow behavior results in easy mixing. Secondly, the filling material must be able to be introduced easily into the root canal and exhibit a certain stability there.

Composition :

Powder contains : Zinc Oxide, Bismuth Sub-carbonate, Barium Sulphate, Sodium Borate, Iodoform, Hydrogenated Resin.
Liquid contains : Eugenol.

3) Setting Time : 45 – 60 Min.

5) Solubility : > 2%
6) Film Thickness : 45 µm

Storage Conditions : Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully
after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Shelf life : 3years from the date of manufacturing.

• Preparation:
  • Ensure the tooth is properly cleaned and dried.
  • Remove any debris or moisture from the root canal.
• Mixing:
  • Dispense the recommended amount of Zical RC Sealer from its packaging.
  • Mix the sealer according to the manufacturer’s instructions until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
• Application:
  • Using a suitable applicator, fill the root canal space with the mixed sealer.
  • Ensure even distribution along the canal walls.
• Post-Application:
  • Follow up with the placement of a root filling material as needed.
  • Allow adequate time for the sealer to set according to the product guidelines.
• Cleanup:
  • Clean any excess sealer from the tooth surface and instruments promptly.
• Storage:
  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and ensure the container is tightly closed after use.
