The size of the SuperEndo Endo Access Bur to choose for access opening depends on the clinician’s preference and the size of the tooth. For smaller teeth, such as mandibular incisors, a smaller diameter bur with a diameter of 1.2mm can be used. For larger teeth, larger diameter burs can be used. The SuperEndo Endo Access Bur is available in various sizes, and clinicians can choose the appropriate size based on the tooth’s size and location.

Use only cleaning/disinfection solutions that provide corrosion protection. In case of tungsten carbide instruments, avoid contact with H2O3 (hydrogen peroxide). It attacks and damages tungsten carbide. Use a single-pulsed or fractionated vacuum autoclave and subvacuum drying. Chemiclave sterilizers may also be used.

Avoid jamming or levering actions when rotating, as this increases the risk of instrument breakage. Never exceed the specified maximum speed. Avoid applying forces greater than the recommended values, as this could cause damage to the instrument and the treated area.
