- Orders placed on Dentohook can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted and can be accepted only in exceptional case after getting the cancellation request approved by contacting Us.
- How to Cancel:
- To cancel an order, log in to your Dentohook account, go to “My Orders,” and select the “Cancel Order” option. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for assistance.
- Refund for Canceled Orders:
- A full refund will be issued for orders canceled before shipment.
2. Refund Process
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer.
- Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Notification:

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
