Mixing Process:
Ad Sil Acura Bite Registration Putty should be mixed with an equal quantity of base and catalyst.
Knead the putty with fingers until it turns orange, indicating the completion of the mixing process.
Application:
Place the mixed putty onto the occlusal surface of the row of teeth for bite registration.
Instruct the patient to close in centric occlusion during the setting process.
Recording Buccal/Labial Surface:
Excess material on the buccal/labial surface can be pressed with a finger to ensure accurate impressions.
Setting and Removal:
Allow the putty to set in centric occlusion as per the recommended setting time.
Remove the set putty from the mouth after the setting process is complete.
Rinsing and Disinfection:
Rinse the impression material under running water.
Use disinfectants if necessary to maintain optimal hygiene.
Model Pouring:
The model can be poured within 20 minutes of taking the impression.
For epoxy, pouring can be done after 60 minutes.
Storage and Pouring Considerations:
Do not store impressions in direct sunlight.
Pour the model within 14 days after taking the impression.

Use Prime Dental’s Debubblizer to avoid surface porosity in the final model.
